Riley’s Pour House – A Classic Irish Public House

“Have Fun When You Can!”
Advice from our brother Mike Riley (1950 – 2011)

Jim and Cheryl Riley combined their talents and experience to produce the vision they had for Riley's Pour House.

Riley’s Public House – Pour House proprietors Jim and Cheryl Riley have had plenty of success throughout their careers to make them exceptionally qualified to carry on the rich history of the popular Pour House of Carnegie, PA and to take it to greater heights.

For the past 33 years, Jim and his late brother Mike, successfully led another Carnegie business institution, All Pro Painters, Inc. Along with Jim’s years of managing professional tradesmen, he worked as a #2 chef throughout his high school and college years at several area dining establishments.

However, to make him truly qualified to lead Carnegie’s famous Pour House to great success, one accomplishment of Jim’s stands above all the rest. Over the past 30+ years, Jim has organized all the seasonal business and family (one of 8 very hard to please Irish American siblings) functions .

Throughout her 26 years with US Airways, Cheryl organized many social events for management and team members, providing food and beverages as well as entertainment.  Cheryl enjoys cooking and that passion, along with keeping a spotless kitchen, enables her to serve 30-300 dinner guests with delicious food and plenty of compliments.

For the past five years, Cheryl has coordinated the food and beverage catering activities of the annual St. Patrick’s Day Party for the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division #32/Ladies AOH Carnegie. Jim is a long time AOH 32 member.

And so it is this combination of talent and vision that the Carnegie Pour House was restored to the authentic classic Irish pub of its origins.
